1.Simba Campsite
Simba campsite a Budget Accommodation in Ngorongoro consists of several other campsites. These are categorized according to the use of the camp. Simba Campsite “A” which is public campsite is on the crater rim. It is situated on the south-western rim of the Ngorongoro Crater Rim about 2 km from the crater village. It has well maintained toilets and regularly attended and hot water showers (heated by wood fires) and firewood for sale.
Views
Views points of the crater are only a short walk away and are absolutely stunning. Wild animals from the crater and Serengeti as far as from other part of Ngorongoro conservation Area frequently visit the campsite which is not fenced, you should move with caution. It is possible to visit the lodge bars and restaurants in the evening, but driving always should be cautious, as many animals move a lot during the night. The Lodges which are closer to the camp are Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge and Ngorongoro Crater Lodge.
Layout
The campsite can become fairly cold (from an African perspective) and sometimes noisy at night. Our cook will place you tent in the area where you will be comfortable and easily reached. He will also take care of your belongings while you are in game drive. We will provide camping equipment as far as extra sleeping bag just in case you forget yours. Simba Campsite (public campsite) is share campsite so you should expect other people from deferential company.
2.First point Arusha Hostel

Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge
Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge a Budget Accommodation in Ngorongoro sits a hundred metres back from the crater’s rim. Simple and rustic, the lodge doesn’t overlook the crater itself (which is nevertheless easy to access). But has wonderful views of Oldeani Peak and the wildlife-rich grasslands and forest. This deep, volcanic crater is an ancient landscape – a fact worth remembering when you explore its floor.
Layout
You also see the herds upon herds of wildlife, including the iconic Big Five. The lodge itself is comfortably relaxing, and well-serviced by its Maasai staff. The Ngorongoro Rhino lodge lies in the Ngorongoro conservation area, close to the edge of the crater. One of the few ‘budget’ lodge/accommodation options in the area. The lodge consists of 24 simple, Tanzanian-style rooms, each with a private veranda. All rooms have a small fireplace to keep your warm, as it can be quite cold during the night. At the restaurant, there are two big fireplaces, which makes for a comfortable and cozy dinner-experiences. Wildlife often visit Rhino Lodge, such as buffalo migrating between the bushes.

Temperature
Temperatures also gradually warm up through the months of May June and July, from the coolest month which is generally April. Karatu town is a two-hour drive from Arusha. Nearby are the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire National Park, Lake Eyasi, (for a cultural excursion) Lake Natron and Ol donyo Lengai Mountain.
