After lunch and time at leisure, you will start to explore this wildlife rich area. This is the only place on earth where over two million wildebeest migrate to give birth at the same time.

Today you have another early morning game drives and this is a completely new game viewing safari experience. The Southern Serengeti is the main annual wildebeest migration corridor for over 1 million wildebeest, half a million zebra and gazelle, and their accompanying cast of predators, the area features a ringside seat for one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth.

Day: 4 of 5 Days Migration Exploring Tanzania Safari (Ngorongoro crater)
Today after breakfast we depart to Ngorongoro conservation area home to over 125 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought after safari destinations in the world. Additionally, it’s a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains. Also, it is as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water.
From the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you’ll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa’s most recognizable faces. The crater is home to a large number of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, Cape buffalo, and more. It is truly one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch by the park’s famous hippo pool. DAY: 5 of 5 Days Migration Exploring Tanzania Safari (Lake Manyara game drive – Arusha)
Today we drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game drives. This is one of Tanzania’s smaller parks but still offers a rewarding and diverse safari experience. The lake shore at Manyara teems with bird life, and while you are looking for the birds, you might spot one of the elusive tree-climbing lions.
Surprisingly, there are a number of other large mammals and the striking cliffs on the Rift escarpment form a dramatic backdrop. In the late afternoon we make a short journey back to Arusha or continue to Kilimanjaro airport or Arusha airport on board to your next destination.
