1.Twiga Lodge and Campsite
Twiga Lodge and Campsite is budget acccommodation in lake manyara National Park situated in the colourful market village of Mto wa Mbu, close to the entrance gate of Lake Manyara National Park and nestled at the foot of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment. It is a conveniently short one and a half hours drive on excellent tarmac from Arusha, and is the ideal choice whether you are returning from safari or just setting out on your Tanzanian adventure.
The large bar and restaurant offers a delectable choice of international cuisine, buffets and barbecues as well as a choice of beverages and poolside snacks. The adjoining lounge area offers comfortable seating and a TV with wildlife videos showing for your entertainment. Live traditional dancing is often here.

Lake Manyara Bush Camp
Offering comfortable, yet rustic accommodation along the outskirts of the Lake Manyara National Park, the Lake Manyara Bush Camp will appeal to both the adventurous and to the leisurely, with full board facilities and a number of outdoor activities available.
Lake Manyara alkaline waters attract large flocks of flamingos in the wet season, they share the air with another 400 species of bird and the land with leopards, elephants, blue monkeys, gazelle, hippo, giraffe and impala, not forgetting the tree-climbing lions.
The camps facilities and services include bush meals, welcome drinks, storytelling, en-suite bathrooms, laundry services. There is the option to self-cater and barbecue, a fireplace, mosquito nets. Also there is mosquito room spray, and transfers to and from Arusha or the airport; at an additional charge.
The camp is an hour and a half’s drive west of the town of Arusha. 5 kms from the Lake Manyara National Park’s main gate and 2 km from the airport.
