Voi wildlife lodge is a Luxury accommodation in Tsavo East national Park nestled in the heart of elephant country Kenya, Voi Wildlife Lodge is located in the Savannah grasslands of Tsavo East, Kenya, just 5km off the main highway connecting the Capital Nairobi to Mombasa. Officially opened in 2003, the lodge is situated on a 25-acre site on the boundary of Tsavo East National.

Designed to blend unassumingly into the surrounding environment, the lodge boasts a natural waterhole often attracting big game, including elephant, lion, cheetah, buffalo as well as a rich variety of birdlife.
Accommodation
Accommodating up to 300 guests, all rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms and are furnished in African décor that is replicated throughout the lodge. The luxury rooms comprise two four-poster beds and views of the Savannah, which one can enjoy from the comfort of one’s balcony or terrace
Accessibility
Easy to reach by road, the lodge is only 6 hours’ drive from Nairobi and 2 hours’ drive from Mombasa, Located 5 km off the main highway. Tsavo East airstrip is located only 5 minutes’ drive from Voi Wildlife Lodge, where charters are available to destinations throughout Kenya. The SGR takes 4 and half hours from Nairobi to Voi wildlife lodge. And 2 and half hours from Mombasa to Voi, and a 15 minute drive from the station.
The lodge is ideally placed for visitors wishing to combine a ‘bush’ and ‘beach’ safari holiday in Kenya with its accessibility to Tsavo National Park and its close proximity to the coast. With temperatures in the day average 25 degrees Celsius and cooler nights, Tsavo East offers an ideal climate in which to relax, indulge in the many facilities on offer at the lodge and enjoy one of the world’s leading biodiversity strongholds.

Nestled in the heart of elephant country, Manyatta Camp is located in the savannah grasslands of Tsavo East National Park, Kenya, just 8 Km off the main highway connecting the capital Nairobi to the coastal town of Mombasa.

Generally, the property is of a very high standard. Its uniqueness stems from its location in front of Tsavo East National Park, with easy access by saloon car, and being only 8km from the main highway it compliments itself to those traveling to Mombasa and the coast region.
It is also located only 3km from the main entrance of Tsavo East National Park, allowing easy access to go on game drives in the park at any time of day.

Manyatta camp offers a magnificent view of Tsavo National Park. All tents have breathtaking views of the park and the seasonal river.
Unique to the entire region, each tent has its own private plunge pool. The luxury tents are above the ground to give a clear view of the savannah grasslands of the park.
13 tents offer river view and the other 11 tents face the National Park. The attention to detail is second to none with rich furnishings that respect the relaxing atmosphere of its surroundings. It also offers all our guests with luxury in the wild.
Each tent has its own private plunge pool. The luxury tents are above the ground to give a clear view of the savannah grasslands of Tsavo. The tents consist of 1 double American king size 6 ½ x 6 ½ ft bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. 24 Tents with Pool each = Approx. 84.3 SM or 907 sq. ft
Facilities
The camp has one main pool near the Twiga Bar and Twiga Restaurant; all the facilities are accessible to guests staying within the camp.
The Twiga Restaurant is on a 2nd floor and has great views of the surrounding Tsavo East National park. The adjacent lounge area has a pool table. Additionally, it is an ideal place to watch the sun go down after a long game drive. The main pool also has water polo and other activities scheduled depending on the season.
There is a children’s playground area in the garden area for those with families. We also have a spa on our adjacent property Voi wildlife Lodge. Guests at Manyatta are welcome to visit the gym, sauna and steam baths at no additional costs. (it is inclusive of your package at Manyatta camp)
Manyatta camp also has access to Voi Wildlife Lodge’s conferencing facilities, an ideal place to hold private seminars and retreats. The facilities include Chinmaya conference hall capacity 600 pax, Ndovu conference hall capacity 200, Taifa hall capacity 50 pax and acacia board rooms capacity 30 pax [all theatre style]. Together with Mandhari lounge, the facilities offer ideal venues for corporate groups. Additionally, they have Wi-Fi and air conditioning for retreats and seminars.

Accommodation
All the rooms have solid construction yet they retain the rural feel with total luxury.
Additionally, the rooms have double or twin beds. Some rooms have one double and one single bed. Also, mosquito nets are provided in all rooms. It is worth noting that being on top of the hill there are generally few mosquitoes.
More to that, all bathrooms have hot and cold water with modern tiling and fittings
Dinning
The Dining room and Bar overlooks the panorama of the Tsavo East National Park with views of Wildlife immediately below in the Valley.
During lunch, a buffet service is on hand. Meanwhile, for dinner time, it is a la carte service of the highest order.
