Tanzania

To begin with, Tanzania is a land of attractions with 38% of its land set aside for the wildlife conservation and parks. Furthermore, the tourism sector in Tanzania is growing rapidly because the country focused on the tourism sector once more. In addition, Tanzania has one of the world largest percentage of the land reserved as a protected area with a home of a variety of animals. Also, Tanzania wildlife attraction is divided into two areas; the north which is well known for its famous wild life and the west which is a site of study especially on the chimpanzee behavior.

Northern Tanzania.

Northern part of the country  has got a number of famous national parks which give you the most wondrous adventure and parks. For instance;

Serengeti 

The park has the world-famous great migrations of animals and this park. According to studies/voting in 2018, it was the best African safari park. Serengeti national park has animals like the big five, cheetahs, wildebeest, giraffes, hippopotamus and various antelopes etc.

Ngoro Ngoro conservation area.

Ngoro Ngoro has a crater which is an extinct volcanic caldera and in this crater is a home of many wild animals like lions, hippos, elephants, black rhinos, antelopes, zebras and wildebeests. Note that the black rhinos here are considered as endangered species.

Tanzania

The western part

The western part of the country include the Mahale national park, Katavi national park and Gombe national park. Additionally, the country is rich in plant diversity like for the case of flowers. Kitulo national park is a place where you can find only flowers. There is a wide range of biomass within the country.

Zanzibar.

This is also part of Tanzania where Pemba in Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous region in the United Republic of Tanzania. Zanzibar itself, being an island attracts tourists a lot because of its beautiful white sand beaches where you can see a tan of dolphins playing with the waves of the boats. Also, enjoy the beautiful breeze on the beach. Zanzibar is also looking at becoming the top tourism sector on the Indian Ocean which is highly promoted by the vision of the Government of Zanzibar.

Besides wildlife, Tanzania has got some of the most beautiful landscapes. This has greatly promoted the tourism sector.  More to that, Tanzania has very beautiful mountains and waterfalls that make the parks even more popular.

Waterfalls.

These have put tourism in Tanzania at a high ground since they provide beautiful sceneries which attract mist of the tourists who enjoy water sports. Some of the most captivating waterfalls found in Tanzania are as below.

Mountains.

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa rising to 5895 meters at the Uhuru peak on the Kibo cone. This snowcapped mountain was once a volcano and is now a dormant volcano. Furthermore, it has attracted a lot of tourists who love mountain climbing as their sport. There is also access to the Kilimanjaro national park to those who love the wild and wildlife. Kilimanjaro national park is the second popular national park with the highest number of trekkers in Tanzania. Mountain Kilimanjaro also provides access to all the parks in the northern part of Tanzania.
